Designed to be self-disabling, the clip on the plunger of the syringe must be pulled to the end until the sound of a "click" is heard white pumping the drug into the syringe. After the injection is finished and the plunger is completely depressed, it will be locked in place. Then, with a little more force applied to break the plunger the syringe will be destroyed, avoiding re-use.
